Description: |
The Villa
A detached villa, furnished in a rustic style, within own private walled garden of 560sq mtrs complete with 7 x 4mtr kidney shaped swimming pool with roman access steps. Just a few minutes walk to local amenities and a 5 minute car drive to the beach.
The villa was completed in 2004 and is located on a corner plot and fronts to a wide park avenue within the pleasant La Marina del Mar urbanization. The villa has both on street and private parking within its own drive. This villa is a bungalow type build with the lounge, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 large galleries on the ground level. A third bedroom is located downstairs.
Villa upgrades.
Upgraded electrical supply, generally this means that you are able to run several electrical items without the power trip switching off whilst in the middle of something. Eeeehhh!
Lounge with dining area
Sofa and two chairs, satellite TV UK channels, DVD player. The lounge is accessed through an archway from dining area and american style kitchen. Dining table with chairs for six. Airconditioned.
American kitchen
The kitchen is open to the dining area and the lounge and consists of a fridge freezer, oven and hob, kettle, microwave, toaster, iron and board, clothes drying racks, pots n pans and all that sort of stuff.
Bedrooms 3
Master bedroom on ground floor with double bed, large fitted wardrobe, aircon.
Second bedroom on ground floor with twin beds and large fitted wardrobe.
Third bedroom downstairs is a very large bedroom with twin beds and wardrobe, this is a triple sized room which also has a sofa with coffee table, TV (not cabled) and DVD player. Just the place for the kids, almost like having their own pad.
Bathrooms 1 - Toilet 1
Both are located on the ground level. Family bathroom with bath/ shower, placed central to the two ground floor bedrooms. Toilet located by the utility room, behind kitchen.
Outside
8 x 4mtr private kidney shaped swimming pool with Roman steps to shallow end. The pool is bathed in sun through out the year.
6 sun loungers, one large stone BBQ to the pool side of villa with a second BBQ to the south side of villa, 2 sets of tables and chairs, further reclining chairs, sun brolly etc. The villa has 2 very large galleries, one leading from the front door and faces the open rural area to the west, this gallery picks up the afternoon and evening sun, the second gallery faces south and is well placed to sneak off for some peace and quiet. Last but not least “The sun - woo woo!”
