APARTMENT DESCRIPTION........ The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard and will accommodate 4 people in 2 double bedrooms . The entrance hall leads onto the lounge diner, tastefully furnished with contemporary furniture and two large sofas and dining table and chairs. The lounge area also has a coffee table, lamp tables, DVD player and wide screen TV (all UK channels). The lounge then opens onto the terrace with views over the pool and tropical gardens of the complex; our second floor apartment has also a vista overlooking a Lemon and Olive Groves on one side and the Sierra Bermeje mountains on the other. The terrace is equipped with stylish comfortable patio furniture for al fresco dining and loungers for relaxing. The large kitchen is fully integrated again in a modern wood and stainless steel style, and has a utility area for storage and drying clothes/towels. The master bedroom has its own on-suite bathroom comprising; bath, shower, washbasin, WC and bidet. Next to bedroom 2 is the second bathroom. Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with lamps, and ample drawer space. The terrace overlooks the outdoor pool and tropical gardens. There is a table and six chairs for dining and comfortable loungers. |
