United Golf Resort - La Tercia has been developed to include a 9 hole golf course designed by internationally renowned course architect Pepe Gancedo. Since 1975 Pepe and his distinctive style of golf architecture has been acclaimed for limitless playability backed up by aesthetic appeal. A style which involves disturbing the land as little as possible - shaping the course around its natural surroundings. Pepe’s creations are evident throughout Europe also here at La Tercia.
The apartment is built to the highest standards . It comes with a range of features to suit any modern home. Such standard features include: marble flooring throughout, air-conditioning, central vacuuming system, double glazed windows, centralised security alarm and fully-fitted kitchen . It is fully furnished to the highest standard.
At the heart of the resort there is a commercial and recreational zone, featuring beautiful gardens and exquisite water features. A perfect place to come and relax. The centre also boasts a wealth of commercial and recreational amenities, such as a variety of shops, entertainment, bars, restaurants and cafes, all on your doorstep.
La Tercia is located just 15 minutes away from the Costa Calida, which means “warm coast” in Spanish and its no wonder as this area enjoys 320 days of sunshine every year. This stretch of Murcian coastline is blessed with glorious sandy beaches, crystal clear seawater and fantastic cliffs, capes and coves. It also boasts itself as the home to the Mar Menor, Europe’s largest salt water lagoon. Beaches of both the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea can be enjoyed here. The Mar Menor is calm, gentle and warm (in the summer it can reach temperatures of up to 30 degrees) but if you get too warm there, the beautiful white beaches of the Mediterranean with its cooling breezes are the perfect remedy. The area offers a diverse selection of activities for the visitor including all manner of water sports, hiking, hill-climbing and much more. A further accolade is that the World Health Organisation declared the Costa Calida to have one of the cleanest and healthiest climates in the world.
More inland, La Tercia is within easy reach of the historical and cultural centres of Murcia City, the ancient naval port of Cartagena and the lovely renaissance town of Lorca, crowned with its eye catching 12th century castle. All three cities are steeped in history and boast a wealth of fascinating museums, palaces, churches and ancient monuments. Although recognised for their splendid and detailed historical past these cities are well in touch with the demands of the modern world with fantastic shopping and recreational facilities to be enjoyed by all.

A £100 deposit is required to confirm your booking, with balance and a refundable damage deposit of £100 payable 8 weeks prior to departure .
We understand how important it is for you to be able to take your holiday when you want. We aim to be as flexible as possible with regard to duration and arrival/departure dates. If you wish to book a shorter or longer break contact us for prices. Flights are often less expensive during the week and may allow you a better choice when booking your flight, so we are happy to accommodate arrival and departure on any day of the week subject to availability.
Please note that we have designated our apartment as a non-smoking apartment but will allow smoking on the Roof Top Solarium if needed. We regret that we cannot allow pets into our apartment.
The price for cleaning and 1st week linen is £65 + £10 per person each week after the 1st week, this is not included in the price list.
