Conde de Luque is in a superb location, only a couple of kilometres from San Pedro, a lively Spanish town situated on long sandy beaches. Ten minutes drive away is the glamour of Puerto Banus with its world famous marina, stylish cafes, restaurants and shops. Alternatively, Benhavis up in the hills, is a more traditional Spanish village with cobbled streets, and superb local eateries, tapas bars & local gift shops.
For golfers, you could not be in a better location, just a few minutes from Atalaya Park and many other beautiful courses.

The apartment has been furnished to the highest standard and is equipped with solid marble floors, electric shutters, halogen down lighters, power showers and hot/cold ducted air-conditioning.
There is a good-sized master bedroom with marble-finished ensuite and dressing area. The ensuite has a bath and separate hydro-massage shower unit. The second bedroom has twin beds and a separate bathroom with shower. Both bathrooms have infrared heat lamps for the winter months and natural light.
The kitchen is furnished with all new appliances and has a laundry terrace opening from it. There is a large living/dining area which opens on to a 30m2 sunny terrace overlooking the golf course and sea. The terrace is equipped for a comfortable al fresco drink taking in the view and there are two sun loungers for those who wish to relax in the sun. |
