The apartment sleeps up to 6 people very comfortably, comprising of two bedrooms, a double bedroom a twin bedroom which over looks the pool (beautiful with the lights at night) the lounge which has 1 double sofa bed and two chairs and a dining area with an extending table and leather dining chairs There is a large sun terrace with dining facilities also over looking the pool. The apartment is fully air conditioned & has heating for the cooler months. There is an LCD TV,(British Channels) DVD /CD Player . The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob washing machine , fridge freezer & microwave, coffee maker etc.

There is a choice of two airports, the nearest, Murcia (MJV), which is a 25min drive with Alicante Airport (ALC) being approximately a 45min drive. The apartment has satellite tv, hosting British movie, sport, news, cartoon, and comedy channels. The lovely Villamartin plaza is only minutes away as well as the three famous golf courses, Villamartin, Campoamor,and Las Ramblas. Shops bars and restaurants are a short walk away as well as large supermarkets. |

Special notes Payment & Booking Terms Special notes 1.Price does not include cleaning of the apartment (this is paid directly to the cleaner at end of holiday)
2. Prices are based on one week stays, for alternative durations please contact the owner, long lets may be considered.
2. Reservations are subject to a 100euros deposit. Remaining amount payable is due 6 weeks before departure. Payment is accepted by cheque or bank transfer. If duration of the stay overlaps price letting dates, payment will calculated pro rata.
3. Where bookings are made within 6 weeks of departure, total amount due must be paid immediately.
4. If the client wishes to cancel within 6 weeks of departure their deposit will be lost.
5. A security deposit of 80euros is payable on arrival. This will be returned to the client once the owner is satisfied no damage has occurred and the keys have been returned. including the key fob remote control to operate garage door.
6. All information and descriptions offered on this page are true to the owners knowledge.
7. Arrival and Departure days and times are flexible - depending on bookings already confirmed.
