Magnificent terrace house in Spanish style with a fantastic view of the sea, there are 3 balconies, a garden and a private parking place.

From the house you have a view of Alicante and Benidorm, the sea with fine yachts and not least many paragliders and hangliders in the sky.

You will find the house in the beautiful closed area called “Gran Vista” – the most green and well kept area along the coast. There are two swimming pools for grown ups and 2 pools for children, there are tennis courts, playground, a small shop, a small restaurant and a path to the beach.

The house is situated in the city of Gran Alacant along the long beach called Carabassi Beach 10 km from the airport of Alicante and 12 km from the city of Alicante. There is a pleasant town life with restaurants, nice shops, supermarkets and a typical Spanish market.

Nearby you will find the famous salt lakes with the climate which is good for people having problems with air passage, rheumatism and psoriasis.
You will find Santa Pola Park, Elche ZOO with animal shows. Factory sale of chocolate and leather goods, the “pirate” Tabarca, a stalactite cave. Furthermore you will find the beautiful park with palm trees and a waterfall.

You can make nice excursions to Mundo Mar which is a park with birds and animals and many animal shows and also there is the big outdoor Aqualandia
