Delightful holiday villa in Moraira with wonderful sea views right across towards Calpe
Offering spacious living areas with various terraces so you can catch the sun at any time of day.
The large pool also has great views and there is a built in barbeque nearby on the big pool terrace and a gas bbq on the upper terrace.
There are ample sun loungers on the terraces.
The villa is fully enclosed and is only a few minutes drive down to all the restaurants and the beaches of Moraira.
The upper floor has bright sunny lounge with UK sat tv and seperate dining room and a large fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher,washing machine and microwave)all with doors to the wrap around terrace.
There are two twin bedrooms and a double bedroom on this floor, all with en suites bathrooms which each feature a walk in shower,bath,bidet,handbasin and loo.All of the bedrooms have fans.
The lower level (accessed by exterior staircase)
consists of one double and one twin bedroom,(again both with fans) a seperate full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen,lounge and dining room.There are sunbathing terraces on all sides of the villa.
This delightful holiday villa in Moraira has been completely refurbished to a high standard with elegant furnishings and large rooms throughout.Anyone holidaying here will surely return.
The villa is completely private and together with the wonderful sea views is a haven for holidaymakers
The many beaches, restaurants and bars of Moraira are in easy reach with Calpe being a short drive along the beautiful coast road.
There is a supermarket and a couple of bars and restaurants within walking distance and for the beach its a short drive down the hill
