Description: |
With 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms all the bedrooms have ceiling fans 2 of them with air con. The main bathroom has toilet sink bath and shower, the 2 nd bathroom has a shower toilet and sink.
The kitchen is fully fitted even a dishwasher. For your entertainment we have sky Tv a cd player / radio.
The roof terrace is the place to top up your tan, from the main bedroom you lead onto its own terrace were you can sit and hide away, if you would like a little shade you can go out of the front door and find some relief from the sun but still be outside. At the side of the house is the patio area were you and the family can sit, eat and drink with some privacy. With off road parking it is home from home but in the sun. We have a communal pool just 50 yards away were you can swim and the little ones can paddle or sit on the grass or laze and sunbathe.
La Marina Del mar has many bars restuarants, supermarkets and 2 weekly markets all within walking distance. The superb beach (17 Klm longs )is a few minutes away by car were you can park next to the beach, it also has a couple of bars with a pint of beer can cost as little as 2 Euros or a bottle of wine for 4 Euros.
