Special notes
50% of the Rental fee is payable on booking. This, plus a € 500 security deposit must be paid to the owner at least one month before commencement of the rental.
The security deposit will be returned totally within one month of the day of departure, but only after it has been checked whether the house has been left behind tidy and in good order and the inventory has been established as complete.
Any abnormal consumption of water, electricity and gas will be charged at the invoice price of the Spanish suppliers and will be deducted from the security deposit.
