Parques Casablanca is a beautiful apartment/hotel complex in hills near La Fustera Cove between Moraira and Calpe encompassing both the freedom of an apartment holiday and the advantages of a luxury hotel just as you choose. This 3rd floor apartment sits atop the highest point in the complex with sweeping views across beautifully landscaped pools, down to the sea and the Rock Ifach at Calpe, with gentle green hillsides behind and an old finca style central building housing Pool Bar and Restaurant with domed and pillared outdoor dining area. It is fully equipped for 6 people (with use of sofa bed) and the large living space is complemented by an elegant yet business like kitchen, luxury shower room with twin basins and double sized shower, and a very large terrace which serves as an extra, outdoor room, and is furnished with additional dining table & chairs plus recliners. The apartment is smartly furnished, but comfort is our priority . . . after all - you’re on holiday!
The Parques Casablanca Complex Security, modern technology and easy access to all areas feature highly here, along with such facilities as a manned Reception (24-hr assistance), smart bistro*, poolside bar, spa/gym* and underground parking. Although this is a 3rd floor penthouse style apartment, the whole complex is wheelchair friendly with lifts, spacious walkways and wide openings. There are no keys - a swipe card grants entry to each apartment with a wave of the hand. Lights come on magically in front of you and turn themselves off again behind you. Hi-tech, yes but with a friendly feel and ease of use. The complex is in a delightful setting above Fustera Cove, and great attention has been given to providing daytime comforts and evening magic. The pools are a special feature, and the children have one to themselves. The curved lines of this little lagoon form a centrepiece for the upper terrace. Hotel or independent apartment? Cant decide? Perhaps we have the answer. (*Bistro & Spa opening very shortly)
The Apartment The Apartment is furnished along modern, clean lines, and we hope we have provided everything you will need . . and a little more. The living area is larger than in many apartments and leads onto the wide, open terrace which is furnished for both outdoor dining and just lounging on recliners in the sunshine. Our inside dining table provides seating for 6 when extended, and the whole apartment has been fully equipped for this number of guests if required. Our sofa bed has been carefully chosen for both comfort and ease of operation, and there is somewhere to store bedlinen during the day. The bedrooms are of comfortable (almost equal) size, and provide lots of hanging space in large mirrored wardrobes with high specification fittings. The Master Bedroom opens onto the Terrace, and is next door to the creamy marble-tiled Shower Room with twin basins and over-sized shower. Bedroom 2 can be twin or double. The Kitchen has a dishwasher and has been meticulously equipped.
La Fustera The small cove of La Fustera is just 10 - 15 mins from either Moraira or Calpe, each with its own style. The youngsters in your party might enjoy the buzz of Calpe, but others may be seduced by the authentic Spanish charms of Moraira with its still bustling fish market. Known as the Millionaires Playground, Moraira oozes style and character, and the evening promenade from Beach to Plaza to Marina (always filled with dazzling boats) shouldnt be missed. There are restaurants to suit everyone and, in daytime, a choice of two good-sized, well-kept beaches, with all the facilities you would hope for. From Moraira it is only another 15 minutes drive to Javea (similar in character, but bigger, so theres more to watch) or 20 minutes would take you into the Jalon Valley with its spectacular mountain scenery . . and Bodegas for tasting the local wine. Of course you may also like to visit Benidorms Terra Mitica Theme Park or Aqualandia . . or just stay at sandy Fustera Cove with its beach bars

Living Area - Large wall-mounted English Satellite TV, DVD Player and CD Player with excellent DVD/CD library. Family Bathroom - This is an elegant, marble-tiled Shower Room with twin basins and very large glass shower cubicle Bedrooms - The Master Bedroom, with large mirrored wardrobe opens onto a wide terrace - perfect for breakfast. Bedroom 2 has a spacious mirrored wardrobe with luxury fittings too . . and the Twin Beds link together to form a Large Double Bed if required. The sofabed is in the Living Area and easily becomes an additional double bed. Storage is provided to keep bedding hidden away during the day, and guests who use this extra bed will find there is an extra chest of drawers for them too. W/machine and other laundry equipment in small ante-room away from kitchen/living area. |

A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking and is accepted as part payment of the final amount. The balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday, All prices include taxes, departure cleaning, linen and towels (except beach towels). Payment by credit cards are subject to an additional 1.5% surcharge. A security deposit of 150.00 euros is payable when you check in. Providing no damage is caused during the letting period, the deposit will be returned after the end of the booking period – please allow up to 14 days for receipt. Claims against the deposit will only be made in the event of damage caused other than in the course of normal and fair wear and tear,
