Sheltered by the Crevillente mountain range, the region boasts a unique moderate climate, averaging temperatures between 12 - 19 c in winter and 24 - 38 c in summer. with an average 320 days of sunshine makes this an ideal destination all year round. The World Health Organisation rates this area of the Costa Blanca as one of the healthiest places to live Benidorm is approx 50 min drive away and has the famous Terra Mittica Theme Park which is excellent. The towns of Alicante, Elche, Murcia, La Manga and Cartengena are all accessible by car in less than 45min
Quesada is between Guardamar and Torrevieja and has developed into a cosmopolitan up market rural area in the last 30 years,and has all amenities on its doorstep. It has its own Aqua Park and Country Club with swimming pool and a championship golf course, as well as shops bars and restaurants on the buzzing high street. There is also a luxury Spa Hotel well worth a visit. A information pack is available in the house with maps and brochures. The resident neighbours are all friendly and will make you feel at home.

Special notes A fee of 70 euros is required for cleaning and payable to house keeper on arrival please. A 25% non refundable deposit is payable on booking and the balance is required 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday.. A £150 key/damage deposit is required along with the balance, and will be refunded after a satisfactory inspection of the house within 2 weeks of departure. Please report any damage to our housekeeper, as small breakages can be replaced with similar items locally
