Villa Agua Viva is an individually styled character villa with beautiful marble floors throughout. The villa is ideally suited for the larger parties whether that be 2 or 3 families or a large number of individuals. As you enter the villa you cannot fail to be impressed by the large sweeping staircase to your left. As you walk past this you enter into the open plan lounge/dining area. Off the lounge is situated an American style open plan kitchen which benefits from all the modern appliances you could wish for, to include a large double stainless steel American fridge complete with ice maker, microwave and dishwasher. As you leave the kitchen to enter the upper terraces there is a discreet and private seating area this leads on to the main terraces which run the length of the villa and overlook the swimming pool and gardens. For the ultimate sun worshiper there is a private roof terrace which benefits from the sun all day long. Also situated on the first level are two of the 5 bedrooms these both being made up as twins with one benefiting from a modern fitted ensuite complete with large walk-in shower. There is also a further bathroom with walk in shower.
On the lower level of the villa you will find a separate laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer along with the remaining 3 bedrooms. Two double bedrooms of which one is ensuite and one family room. On this level you will find another fully equipped kitchen and a lounge furnished with a beautiful leather suite again one of which is a sofa bed. This combined with the sofa bed in the upper lounge enables the villa to sleep up to 15 people. The lounge leads on to the large paved garden and swimming pool. The garden not only offers a private pool and large BBQ for those who like to cook in the outdoors, it also has two separate eating areas. The downstairs of the house can be accessed by its own front door for those who wish to stay out that little bit longer! The villa not only benefits from air-conditioning throughout, it also has Sat TV in both lounges as well as a DVD player in the upstairs lounge. Villa Agua Viva is the perfect location as it caters for all types of holidays and offers relaxing surroundings in which to enjoy the Spanish sun! Available for the first time from May 2009! Located within a 10 minute drive from the beach at Fuengirola, the villa is built in the peace and quiet on the edge of the Mijas mountains. Whether you are young or old, here for a quiet time or the abundant night life you cannot fail to be impressed. This location really does have it all whether you are here on honeymoon, clubbing or enjoying some time away with your family. Fuengirola marina with its many attractions is only a 10 minute drive away, for the family they too are really spoilt for choice with the Selwo Dolphin park a 15 minute drive away, Tivolli World, Benalmadena Sea World, not to mention the crocodile park and water park also being a must visit on the edge of Torremolinas. When finished there why not head down to Benalmadena Marina, mix with the rich and famous, shop until you drop or just enjoy a wonderful meal in one of the many themed restaurants.
