Description: |
The villa benefits from a supply of constant hot water; no need to wait for the water to heat up.
The ground floor has two twin bedrooms and a bathroom, complete with bath and over shower, bidet, sink and toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the lounge includes a log burning fire place. In addition, there is a wintergarden which is used as a dining and lounge area.
The upper floor has an en-suite double bedroom with French doors leading onto a spacious balcony and solarium overlooking the gardens and communal swimming pool.
The garden has a picnic table and chairs for alfresco dining.
The villa is fully air conditioned in all bedrooms and lounge, the cards to operate the air conditioning / heating can be purchased from our agent locally at €8 each.
The villa is approximately three minutes walk from Flamenca Beach Commercial Centre. Here you will find an array of bars, restaurants and shops. There are also two supermarkets within walking distance. We have a shopping trolley in the villa for your convenience.
The nearest beach is a fifteen minute stroll from the villa. Here you will find a snack bar on the beach and other bars close by. There are numerous beaches along the coast all holding the Blue Flag Award.
We can recommend a company which supplies nursery equipment if required, cots, high chairs etc. This saves on extra baggage charges. Towels and linen are provided.
You just need to bring your own beach towels.

Playa Flamenca is situated approximately 15 minutes drive from Torrevieja, a lively Spanish fishing town which hosts a variety of shops and Restaurants. There is the largest open-air market in Toorevieja each Friday for those who like to barter. The town also has a beautiful promenade and colourful marina. For the historians, there is a museum and the historic towns of Orihuela and Elche are close by. The resort enjoys excellent weather with approximately 11 months sunshine each year. It has been nominated by the World Health Organisation as one of the healthiest places to live.You will find the resort more lively during July and August as this is the annual Spanish holiday period.

A non refundable deposit of fifty pounds per week will be required at time of booking and the balance is to be paid six weeks before arrival date. There is an extra £100.00 refundable key and damage deposit, returnable on our agents confirmation. All keys must be returned. The rental rates are fully inclusive, there are no extra charges for cleaning following your departure. OFFER: BOOK TWO WEEKS DURING OCTOBER 2008, THROUGH TO MARCH 2009, DISCOUNTED TO £400 FOR THE TWO WEEKS. We have not increased our prices for three years. This enables us to provide affordable holidays for our guests.
