A brand new and very stylish 2 bed, 1 bathroom apartment in the superb Miraflores. Miraflores resort area is situated between Marbella and Fuengirola.
Although on arrival at the complex a car is not a necessity, it would certainly enable you to visit the beautiful nearby towns of Mijas and Benahavis, Puerto Banus and Marbella and further away, Gibraltar, Malaga, Ronda and possibly the Alhambra Palace at Granada. There are so many places to go and things to do along this coast.
This is a beautifully furnished apartment suitable for 4 persons comprising of 2 beds, 1 bathroom, kitchen, hallway, lounge/diner and a magnificent 30 SQ MT balcony overlooking a lush valley with views of the sea and the mountains.
The complex has secure gates and on street parking.
The apartment is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. It has four single beds with two ample wardrobes. The balcony has a table with six chairs and two sun loungers. There is also an intercom system from the security gates to the complex.. The complex itself has a large main pool and a children’s pool set in lawned sun bathing areas with sun loungers provided.
The complex is located near to Miraflores Golf Club, a challenging course with several water hazards. The fabulous Clubhouse with its bar and restaurant is open to non golfers also. There is also a driving range a golf school and club hire facilities. With at least 5 other golf courses in the immediate area and 30 along the coast this really is a golfers paradise.
Bars, supermarkets and restaurants are all close by and the beach is about 5 minutes walk. Malaga airport 20 mins, Puerto Banus 15 minutes. An evening dinner in Fuengirolas restaurant quarter (Fish Alley) is a must. Likewise, admire the luxury yachts in Puerto Banus with its marina bars and restaurants, not to mention all the designer boutiques.

The complex is located near to Miraflores golf club with several other courses quite close with approximately 30 courses along the costa del sol area.
Bars, supermarkets and restaurants are all close by and the beach is about 5 minutes walk. Malaga airport 20 mins, Fuengirola airport 5 minutes, Puerto Banus 15 minutes. An evening dinner in Fuengirolas restaurant quarter (Fish Alley) is a must. Likewise, admire the luxury yachts in Puerto Banus.
