THIS PENTHOUSE apartment has 2 levels with marble floors and is fully air conditioned.
It is situated in a well landscape gated complex right on the beach.
In the center, you have an attractive pool area with sun-beds and a nice fountain.
The first floor is composed of :
- 1 A large living & dining room with a fireplace is opened on a modern kitchen fully equipped and
fitted with granite work tops.
- 2 A guest toilet with washbasin.
- 3 A walk in dressing room.
- 4 A double bedroom with en suite bathroom equipped with a jacuzzi bathtub.
- 5 A lovely small terrace looking onto the garden and swimming pool, it is an excellent place to
eat and to relax with a sea view.
On the second floor you will find :
- 1 A nice big T.V. and playing area equipped with a double sofa bed and 2 single sofa beds.
- 2 Two double bedrooms with one en suite.
- 3 One Bathroom.
This penthouse-apartment is ideal for groups and families, it can accommodate up to 10 persons.
San Pedro has a fantastic beach and promenade lined with palm trees. The beach at the gate of the complex is perfect, both for those who enjoy jet skiing or kite surfing as well as for those who want to relax eating and drinking looking out to the sea.
The buzzy town of San Pedro has numerous shops, bars and restaurants and the party town of Puerto Bañus is just 4 km away. Marbella, which is a gorgeous place to shop and simply wonder around, is just at 10 km.
There are many other wonderful and historical places that are easy to visit from here as well as many golf courses nearby.
Bath towels and bedding are provided and Welcome Pack on arrival.
We arrange a mid-holiday laundry change and cleaning for holidays of a minimum of 14 days at 10€ per hour.
