Description: |
The house is 140 square metres. The ground floor comprises a large living room, with fireplace, a fully fitted kitchen, toilet and a large bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the 1st floor are a further two bedrooms, a bathroom and the most spectacular terraces with commanding views down through the valley to the sea. Outside is the pool and further terraces. All of this is on a 4000 square metre plot. The surrounding countryside is ideal for walking and depending upon the season, the hills are either covered in wild flowers or fruiting tree such as fig, almond and pomegranate and of course the olive.
The inland towns of Sayalonga and Competa are approx. 20 minutes away whilst the sandy beaches of Nerja and Torre del Mar are only 30 minutes away. Malaga airport is 40 - 45 minutes away.
You will require your own transport should you decide to stay at this property. Upon arrival, you will be met by the property managers who will show you the location and ensure that you settle in and answer any questions that you may have.
