Description: |
Wonderful Country House 15 minutes from the coast and 10 minutes from the busy town Velez Malaga. Almachar is the nearest village 5 minutes drive away with bars, shops and local fiestas all year round. There is a private pool and bbq area with amazing views of the village and of Velez Malaga. Peaceful and ideal for a relaxing holiday away from the coast, yet having easy access should you wish. Velez Malaga has a water park, commercial center and all major stores. Lidl, Mercadona and is a main shopping town. It has plenty of international restaurants and is an ideal location for people wanting the best of both worlds.
Prices are per week commencing on Saturdays at 16.00 and Departing on Saturdays 11.00
We require a refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on each reservation which will be refunded upon departure, subject to reductions for breakages or damage.

If you cancel your holiday this amount is not refundable. 6 weeks prior to your holiday the total amount of the rental fee has to be paid, preferably by bank transfer. A receipt will be issued and sent by either post or e-mail. Should you have to cancel your holiday 6 weeks or less after this payment has been made you will unfortunately loose the whole rental amount. (Unless we get a last minute booking to fill the vacancy)Please enquire for prices if you need and extra bed. |
