Mooie Villa in Mas Fumats (Roses) met zwembad, bar, zicht op de baai van Roses en de Pyreneeen, loungeplek, meerdere terassen.
Aangezien we er zelf wonen is alles aanwezig. We verhuren het huis slechts 1x per jaar (zie kalender voor data).
ADSL voor PC-aansluiting aanwezig.
Het huis beschikt ook nog over een muziekstudio, maar wordt in principe niet verhuurd, echter is wel in te huren
