There is a large sunny roof terrace with spectacular uninterrupted views of the golf course, the sea and the beautiful surrounding countryside. We also have a garden which backs directly onto the golf course.
The house is part of a small exclusive development situated on the hilltop with a beautiful outdoor pool also overlooking the golf course. The community is gated and well- secured. There is underground secure parking and a storage lock-up for golf clubs if needed. The house offers everything you need for a relaxed enjoyable holiday. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with brand new appliances and a lovely split level dining/living room opening onto the garden via french doors. The coast from Marbella towards Algeciras has been more sensitively developed than the Eastern part of this coastline. The communities are less densely populated and the environment is well looked after. Alcaidesa is the hidden gem on this coastline. Our house is just a couple of minutes walk from the brand new luxurious clubhouse of Alcaidesa...and a couple of minutes drive down the hill takes you to the local beach, a 4km stretch of unspoilt beach with a blue flag award. There are two lovely beach bars (chiringitas) situated on the beach with stunning views of the Rock of Gibraltar and the African Coastline. Ask us for more information on local restaurants and facilities. Just 5 minutes away is the famous resort of Sotogrande. Vist the marina and relax with a drink while watching the beautiful yachts. There are several excellent restaurants in the port and around. Also nearby is the beautiful hilltop town of San Roque perfect for an evening wandering through cobbled streets before sampling the local tapas. |
