A cosy taditional Spanish bar and restaurant is situated just across the road and a supermarket for all your need just a 10 min. walk away. 10 mins. walk to sundrenched beach, 15 mins. walk to trendy Puerto Banus with fashionable shops, bars, clubs, restaurants, where millionaires moor their yachts. Situated in Golf Valley with over a dozen courses within a 10 minute drive and only 30 mins. drive to Valderama (Ryder Cup 1997). Ideal base for day trips to Gibralter,Seville,Granada,Cordoba or snow skiing in winter to Sierra Nevada. Day trip to North Africa(Morocco). All amenities close at hand,tennis,cable skiing,water sports and casino. 35 mins. drive to Malaga Intl. Airport. Car not essential at this ideally located apartment to enjoy your stay. Bus stop practically outside your front door which takes right along the Costa del Sol. The apartment is privately owned and decorated like a real home, cosy and comfortable. You are supplied with contact details of my english speaking management agent who will assist you with any problems that may arise.
The apartment is constantly being upgraded and maintained. The dining room/lounge has an eating area and a place to relax. It has a direct exit to the terrace.
There is a large bedroom with exit also to the terrace with plenty of space with twin beds which can be used as a large double. Also there are built in cupboards.
The hall connects the bathroom, bedroom and lounge, and there are fitted cupboards.
The kitchen is a nice size and practical and all the appliances are available.
There is a good sized bathroom with shower, w.c., w.h.b. and bidet.
The place you will spend a lot of your time is at the delightful south west facing terrace overlooking a green area. It has plenty of room for dining and enjoying the sun.
The Puerto Banus holiday apartment is perfectly located, so you do not need a rental car.
Marina Banus;
Marina Banus is one of the most important recreation centers in the whole of the Costa del Sol, with boats moored there from all corners of the world. Apart from sailing, the sporting facilities here include water skiing, cable skiing, canoeing and underwater diving.
The marina area has plenty of bars and restaurants with terraces, where one can simply sit and watch the activity of the port.
Tivoli world
Is an old amusement park located in Arroyo de la Miel, just a 30 min. bus ride away near Benalmádena Costa. There are many rides as well as a tiny tots section, restaurants, bars and a professional program of concerts mainly by Spanish performers, as well as some look-alike stars.
You can easily spend a day there as there are things to do for all ages!
Selwo Nature park.
Only 10 mins. in a bus where you will find an open air nature trail of wild animals in their own habitat. You are driven in an open topped vehicle on a safari type expedition. Very exciting.

Cleaning provided free of charge before and after your arrival/departure. Cleaning before and after your stay is included in the price but maid service during your stay can be provided at an extra charge. High chair, fold-up bed, cot etc can all be provided at a small charge.
