Short walk from New Commercial Centre (supermarket, bars, Chinese and other restaurants, hairdressers, etc). 10 minute walk from large modern supermarket.
Car recommended for sightseeing. Approx 5 minute walk to nearby bus-stop. Local bus service around adjacent urbanisations including Playa Flamenca beach during July and August.
The nearby town of Torrevieja itself has preserved its unique charm and character. Take a long walk along the new promenade, it has plenty of good quality shops and an evening craft market. Enjoy the excellent café life and visit the attractive squares, seaside promenades and harbour. There is also a wonderful indoor food market, specialising in fresh fish, fruit, vegetables and cheeses.
Whether you just want to relax and enjoy a leisurely pace of life or fill your days with activity, Playa Flamenca is an ideal place to be and is perfect for both couples and families. The local shops and supermarkets provide everything you may need during your stay and the apartment is close to a wide choice of restaurants and bars. Each Saturday there is a lively street market selling fresh fruit and vegetables, local food produce, clothing, gifts etc. Local leisure facilities include 3 superb golf courses, horse riding, fishing, sailing, bowling and go - karting.
Our attractive accomodation at Playa Flamenca is situated within a short walking distance to several blue flag beaches and is close to local shops, restaurants and bars. There are three excellent golf courses within 10 - 15 minutes drive, including the famous Villamartin championship course.

It has two double bedrooms (each with Fan/Lights). One with a Double Bed, good wardrobe space. The other with twin beds and again good wardrobe space & twin Bedside cabinets. Very large double sofa bed in lounge. A fair sized kitchen, complete with top quality utilities, (washing machine, iron/ironing board, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and a large fridge/freezer). An average sized bathroom with a normal sized bath with shower unit. A large solarium (roof area open to the sun all day & complete with patio furniture. Living room/lounge boasts large TV.
