This small all privately owned luxurious complex around a fantastic tropical garden with 4 pools, is located in a quiet residential area with NO building activety and at only 5 minutes by car from the centre of Marbella and 900 meters from the white sandy beaches, where you can choose either one of the public beaches or the beautiful Nikki Beach club.There are shops and many restaurants and even a 24 hour supermarket at 500 meters.The complex is located at 150 meters from the well-known 18 holes golf course Santa Maria Golf and country club, where you also find tennis courts, grass bowling, a clubhouse and restaurant. El Manatial is one of the few spacious complexes with wide fews to the sea on the coast, built in horseshoe shape around a very nice tropical garden, with 4 swimming pools for their guests only.
We have 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartments available. Description of our own 3-bedroom apartment, as shown on the pictures: Some have an indoor garage with elevator to the apartment. all have ample parking in front of the apartment. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and heated, alarm, safe, satellite T.V. with Dutch, English, German and French channels. Kitchen with oven, washing machine, dishwasher and all modern appliances.
The living-dining room has French doors, opening to a terrace of 60m2 facing south with sunshades, there is a sea view over the tropical garden, it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms All apartments are differently decorated, as they are privately owned. The 2 bedroom apartments have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
