The town of Torrevieja is just a short car drive away.
Torrevieja is surrounded by two large natural saltwater lagoons, which form the well-known "Salterns of Torrevieja".
It is impossible to talk about Torrevieja without talking about its beaches with their fine sand and crystal clear waters, without doubt the most frequented along the Mediterranean coast along with the town of Benidorm. They have all held the European Blue Flag for Clean Seas for several years, awarded for their quality and excellent facilities. La Mata, Los Locos, El Cura, Cabo Cervera and Los Naufragos together make up the beaches of the Torreviejan coast, not forgetting the marvellous coves in the northern part, as well as the so-called natural swimming pools which are found beside the Juan Aparicio promenade right in the centre of the town.
The cosmopolitan nature of Torreviejas nightlife can be seen in its leisure areas: Casablanca, Besame Mucho, Pata Palo, Tia Roqueta, Tirachinas, Iris Pub, La Cantina or Correcaminos, are just some examples of typical leisure places in the town. For the real nightbirds the evening is rounded off by the macro-discoteque Pacha, as well as the historic Look and KKO clubs, which cannot be passed over during a nocturnal pub-crawl (la ruta del bakalao).
During the day Torrevieja also offers a range of leisure and entertainment areas. As well as its beaches and numerous terraces along its maritime promenade, its great aquatic park (Aquopolis) is swarming with families, young people and children during the summer months.
Street markets are very popular in Torrevieja and the surrounding villages.
The street market is an alternative to traditional commerce and in them you can obtain numerous objects for decoration, textiles, clothing, interior design, craft, animals, footwear and horticultural produce at very reasonable prices, which can sometimes be good buys.
The street markets have a real arab-style market atmosphere and have achieved great popularity amongst the Spanish and the thousands of Europeans that visit Torrevieja.
Some are held once a week and others are permanent. Torrevieja has an evening street market every day situated close to the promenade.

Special notes RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week will be needed to secure the apartment for your chosen dates. If travel is within 8 weeks of booking the full amount must be paid.
KEY DEPOSIT/ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE: A separate cheque £50 is requested for issue of keys and to cover accidental damage to the apartment. Your cheque will be returned to you, once the keys have been safely received by us on your return home, and assuming no damage has been caused to the apartment.
All Prices are Inclusive of Cleaning.
