Description: |
Beautifully furnished apartment, situated within walking distance of sandy beaches, the port and numerous restaurants, bars and boutiques and also the excellent El Cortes Department Store. SHOP 2 mins walk freshly made bread, wine, beer & general groceries. Info sheets & maps provided. All rooms are south facing and lead onto an extremely large, partly shaded private terrace directly overlooking tropical landscaped gardens, which are beautifully lit at night and 2 very large freeform swimming pools & 2 small fountains.Lifeguard on duty over main Summer months. On the terrace there is a large marble topped table with seating for 6 for dining alfresco, 2 easy chairs & handmade coffee table for relaxing, several exotic plants and 2 sunlounges. The apartment which is on the ground floor is set in a slightly elevated position and situated within a peaceful low rise complex (Locrimar 4) . There are marble floors throughout and it is furnished to a high standard with air conditioning and heating in all rooms. Sky TV & DVD. The fascinating, white hilltop villages of Casares, Benhavis, Gaucin and Ojen are a short drive away and Seville, Granada, Cadiz, Jerez, Malaga and Cordoba are all a possible excellent day trip. San Pedro with its narrow streets and pedestrian ways and its own Andalucian charm is only a few minutes drive/bus ride and Ronda with its arabic heritage can be reached in an hour. The larger resort of Marbella can be reached very easily by car or by an enjoyable boat trip from Puerto Banus or an hours walk along the seafront. It is suitable for all ages and within a short drive of several prestigious golf courses. The International Tennis Club is adjacent to the complex and is reasonably priced per court and the popuar casino located within the Andalucia Plaza Hotel is just a few minutes walk. Access can be gained by video entry phone system and within the complex there is secure parking directly to the rear of the apartment. A security guard is employed at Christmas, Easter and over the busiest months of the summer Bus stops and taxi ranks nearby, both are very reasonable. Special notes Booking is secured on the payment of £100 & the balance(by cheque or bank transfer) is due a month prior to departure. We also ask for a security deposit of £100 which is returnable within 2 weeks of your stay. The keys, maps, info sheets & returnable envelope are posted directly to yourselves. Cleaning is provided before & after your stay free & maid service can be arranged midweek for an extra charge.Please can you inform me how many people are staying. Excellent feed back received from all who have stayed & recommendations can be given for restaurants, beach bars, tapas bars, hill villages, etc as we also stay as many times as possible throuhout the year.Please note ARRIVAL 1pm DEPARTURE 10am unless otherwise arranged. |
