Villa Floreana - Situated on the Costa Blanca in the wine growing region of the Jalon Valley which is renowned for the local wines of the bodega straight from the barrel. The area enjoys the peace and beauty of magnificent, unspoilt natural surroundings and offers great days out which are within easy driving distance: Walking in the spectacular Bernia Mountains; Benidorm\s water and theme parks; Aqualandia and Terra Mitica, the Moorish village of Guadalest and the crystal waters of the Algar falls are all within easy reach. The beaches of Moraira/Javea/Calpe are only a 20 minute drive away. Excellent Golf facilities can be found at Javea,Altea Hills,Oliva, Denia and are all within easy reach. Alicante (1 hour)and Valencia (1.5 hours) airports are both within easy driving distance.
This luxury villa is just a short distance from the town of Jalon, with its selection of craft shops, bars, wine cellars & restaurants. The villa is in a select area of this small development overlooking the town of Jalon. Our villa has stunning, uninterrupted views, encompassing Lliber to Parcent, with the majestic Bernia mountains as a back-drop. The South facing privately owned pool enjoys sunshine from early morning until sunset. It has a large sun bathing area with a degree of privacy and an adjoining terrace room and cloakroom. The attractive, terraced gardens are fully landscaped. All of the rooms have ceiling and floor fans. There are three bedrooms which comprise two doubles and one twin. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with drawer units and in addition have bedside cabinets. The master double bedroom(with king size bed) has a large en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. There is a fully tiled spacious main bathroom, with bath, shower,toilet and bidet. There is a separate cloakroom on the ground floor. A cot and high chair are available for use.
Sorry - no smoking or pets permitted in our villa!. care should be taken with small children and the elderly, all floor areas are tiled or of marble.
