The complex is set in its own gardens and has private access. The apartment will sleep up to five people and consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin bedded, with a single sofa bed available for that extra person. A travel cot is also available. There is wheelchair access to all areas of the complex and a lift to all floors. There is a large comfortable lounge with 3-seater setee and two recliner chairs. A television, DVD and radio/cd player are available in the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped to include cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine. The spacious bathroom has a full sized bath with shower over, wc, washbasin and bidet. Bath and hand towels (excluding beach towels) and bedlinen are provided. There is a balcony overlooking the gardens complete with table and chairs as well as sunloungers and beach chairs. Access is available to the roof terrace for the dedicated sunworshipper! On site amenities include a fully maintained pool complex set amongst impressive gardens with bar and restaurant facilities. Sunbeds are available at the poolside. A fully equipped gymnasium, jacuzzi and indoor pool with access for disabled persons is also available on site. The above facilities are subject to a daily/weekly charge payable locally. The area Aldea del Mar is situated approximately 30km from Alicante Airport and 1km from the centre of Torrevieja. The drive from the airport takes about 35 minutes on good well signposted roads. Car hire is available from the airport or if pick up is required this can be arranged for a small charge payable directly to the driver. The beaches on this beautiful White Coast are clean and well maintained with specific childrens play areas. The lively town of Torrevieja is a short distance away and there you will find street markets, fun fairs and plenty of bars and restaurants to appeal to all tastes. There is a good marina and harbour offering a variety of marine activities. Friday hosts the weekly town market and is well worth a visit. There are 3 championship golf courses within a 25 minute drive - Villa Martin, Campomar and Los Rambles. Additional costs: A non refundable deposit of £75 will be required within one week of booking. The remainder of the rental will be due 8 weeks before rental date. A refundable deposit of £75 will be required 8 weeks before rental date. This will be returned within 2 weeks of the end of the rental period less any amount due for damages/breakages.
