Description: |
This immaculate two bedroom first floor apartment is in a small community with beautifully kept gardens (with real grass) and a good size adult pool and two smaller childrens pools. Probably one of the best kept communial areas in the region.
The property benefits by being newly let and has been fully decorated throughout with new bedding, linen, towels, full size cooker with ceramic hob, washing machine, TV, DVD, kettle, toaster and kitchen utensils, iron, hair dryer and patio furniture. For winter lets heating is provided.
Ciudad Quesada is based around the 18 hole par 72 La Marquesa Golf Club which is only 3 minutes drive away. There are 36 courses in a 45 minute radius including the world famous La Manga.
In walking distance of the apartment are two local supermarkets, several bars and restaurants, plus a country club with evening entertainment, restaurant, pool and exercise classes.
Restaurants and bars catering all tastes, ages and budgets are only a short distance away with discos being a short taxis ride away.
Quesada has its own water park for the kids and young at heart.
The sandy Blue Flag beach at Guardamar is only a 10-15 minute drive away. Alicante Airport is 30 minutes North and Murcia Airport 40 minutes South.
The nearest main towns are Torrevieja 15 minutes drive, Guardamar 10-15 minutes and Villamartin 20 minutes.
If you dont want to drive the bus stop is a stones throw away and a collection service can be provided to/from the airport. Taxis are available locally.
