Jimena de la Frontera is a traditional Spanish white-washed village, situated 35 kilometres inland in the province of Cadiz, in Andalusia. The charming town with its steep, narrow cobbled streets is a wonderful rural retreat, ideal for those looking to stay in a traditional setting. Jimena de la Frontera is set amongst the magnificent Los Alcornocales Natural Park; perched atop a hill, rising up into the clouds. At the peak stands a Moorish and Roman castle, which affords wonderful views to the coast and Gibraltar.
