I stayed in this apartment for almost 3 weeks! It was a wonderful place to stay - either for a small family or couple with extra space. The kitchen is modern and has everything you need for a beach stay. The beach is 3 minutes outside front door! The owners are extremely helpful and good people. They want to make sure your stay is perfect and are reachable. I loved staying in the building - cozy and safe! This is an ideal location if you want to do day trips! Great restaurants nearby!

Thanks again Manuel for all your help! The apartment was perfect for us and our two small children. The beach is only minutes away. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Shops also within walking distance. Found everything we needed in the apartment! Would definitely recommend it!!

We received the warmest welcome from Manuel and he was very informative. The apartment had everything we needed to make our stay there very enjoyable. We would recommend this to anyone wanting to enjoy Guardamar and the surrounding areas. Every facility was provided including a garage, which, in the busier months, would certainly be a must. Anyone looking for a stay in Guardamar should most definitely consider this place.
