Booked this apartment for 25 nights and very glad of my choice. I was looking to stay in Marbella for all of May but there was a booking already in the middle of May so I changed my plans so that I could stay here as everything else I was viewing wasn't a patch on this apartment. The apartment is situated in lush grounds with perfectly looked after gardens and a real feel of luxury and is just under a 10 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of shops close by for your provisions also. Booking the apartment was very easy. I will definitely consider coming back again next year for a holiday.

Het appartement is nieuw en kwalitatief ingericht. Het is wel duidelijk door een man ingericht omdat er kleine gemakken zoals handdoekhaakjes etc, ontbreken. De keuken is voorzien van prima apparatuur maar qua keukengerei is het karig. Sommige zaken zijn ook niet goed doordacht zoals de grote borden die niet in de vaatwasser passen. Slaapkamers zijn ruim en bedden zijn heerlijk. In twee slaapkamers rolluiken zodat het koel en donker blijft. Derde slaapkamer heft gordijnen en is het vroeg licht. Airco werkt goed in huiskamer en twee slaapkamers maar in derde slaapkamer een stuk minder. Zwembad ik relatief klein maar keurig en er is altijd wel een bedje beschikbaar. Mooi buitenterras maar alleen in de middag een beetje zon. Service van de woningmanager is prima echter vond ik de last minute aanvullende conditie van € 30 boete als hij op je moest wachten bij oplevering en het gezeur over energieverbruik aan het einde van de periode wat vervelend. Als je in deze prijsklasse verhuurd moet je niet zeuren als er een relatief hoog energieverbruik is ivm airco.

The apartment is new and high quality furnishings. It is clearly designed by a man because little luxuries such as towel hooks etc, are missing. The kitchen has good equipment but in terms of kitchenware is scanty. Some things are not well thought out as the big dishes that do not fit in the dishwasher. Bedrooms are spacious and beds are wonderful. In two bedrooms shutters to keep it cool and dark. Third bedroom curtain raises and the early light. Aircon works well in living room and two bedrooms but the third bedroom a lot less. I pool is relatively small but neat and there is always a bed available. Nice outside but only a little sun in the afternoon. However, service from the property manager is fine, I liked the last minute additional condition € 30 fine if he had to wait for you at arrival and the whining about energy consumption how annoying. If you rented in this price range you should not complain if there is a relatively high energy consumption due to air conditioning (review translated using Google Translate) ------------------ Dear Edwin, thank you very much for your review! As for the aircon, no price should cover a 24 hour use of aicon or abuse (using aircon with windows open or when away). As we also live here we know a normal consume and we include more than a normal consume in the price. But, all has a limit, and you were notified (not charged) to be more careful next time. desværre er der ikke særlig stor forhandling med manager, vi måtte betale 50 € ekstra, fordi vi skulle check ud tidligt morgen. manager var der både ved tjekke ind - og -ud, selvom der var kode på porte og døre. man havde følelsen af at man blev mistænkeligt gjort for ikke at havde behandlet lejeligheden ordentligt.

We are happy to have answered to all your 36 emails in less than 10 minutes, including when you contacted us about the kitchen issue, we replied to your email in 2 minutes and were at your door in less than 30min with a fix.
