HEATING EXPLAINED :
1. Solar panels on roof with cascade function:
heating water for use in the house :
hot water for kitchen, showers.. ( up to capacity 8 persons..)
floorheating in the winter
covers whole house with individual thermostats per room
all excess goes to the pool
2. Daikin heatpomp.
3. A/C in bedrooms have also additional heating option for the winter
4. Roth Pool heating system on carport for additional pool heating
Although a state of the art heating system for the house and the pool ( season) has been installed to give up to 8 residents a comfortable stay, we cannot guarantee minimum temperatures at any given time or season.

Early or late check-in / check-out to be agreed upon with the owner/keyholder prior to your arrival/ departure.
