This accommodation is very clean and comfortable with everything you need for your stay. It is located in a nice quiet area about 25 minutes walk to the town. No need for a car as the beach, bus stop and Mercadona are all only a 5 minute walk away. If you are over 65 ask for a ‘pensionistas’ ticket on the bus for a really good discount, all the way from the local bus stop to Alicante for €1.65, need to show proof of age. Javier and family were all very helpful and even took us back to the airport. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment was perfect for our needs and the owner Javier was so helpful and friendly. Would have no hesitation in recommending the property to other couples.

We have just spent the last 4 weeks at this charming bungalow, we didn’t hire a car so we walked everywhere, we liked that all the beaches were easily accessible, plenty of places to eat & drink, especially by the marina & the castle. The island of Tabarca is well worth a visit to. Thanks to Javier & Maria for making us welcome in their cosy bungalow.

For us, this property is in the perfect location. Near enough to the beach and amenities but still in a peaceful area. The property has everything you need and the front terrace is perfect for catching the morning sun. The log fire was a bonus on the colder March evenings. Javier and his family were really friendly and helpful and we have no hesitation in recommending this property.
