We really liked this apartment, it is bigger than it looks in the photos. there is an en-suite shower and washbasin in the twin room, with a small toilet next to the larger bathroom, which also has a shower, there are no baths, not that this mattered to us, but some people prefer the option. You will never fight over a mirror or a plug point as there are plenty to choose from. The light switch for the kitchen is behind the microwave, took us a fews minutes to find it. The apartment is like a home from home, it is clean, well furnished, and comfortable. The balcony is on the oposite side from the pool and overlooks the rooftops, but you can also see the sea and the mountains, it is nice and quiet. Martine has thought of nearly everything you could want, even a wheeled shopping trolly for the messages which we thought was great. There are lifts up to the apartment which is on the 3rd floor. There are a good selections of cafe/restaurants on the doorstep, there is also a small suspermarket with a good selection of products, and a dry cleaners/laundry just on the hill. The apartment is well located for the Burriani beach but also for the centre of town. Martine and Eddy are really warm, friendly people, and make you feel very welcome.

This is a very spacious two bed appartment..it was left to us spotlessly clean and beautifully made ready for our stay. It is just 5 minutes walk from the Balcon de Europa and is surrounded by many little restaurants to suit all budgets. There is also a small grocery shop (Courivan) just across the road which supplies everything you would need for cooking/eating in. Parking is a little tricky but it never took us more than 10 minutes to source a parking space within 15 minutes of the apartment...this is perhaps the only downside. The appartment is on the 3rd floor but two lifts serve the block making it easy to get up an down. The appartment was well equipped with plenty of crockery and kitchen utensils...they are showing their age but we're more than adequate. The appartment has a small terrace of about 2 metres by 1.5 metres giving just enough space for three or so chairs to sit out in the late evenings...there is no view from the apartment other than similar residencies houses but thus doesn't detract from the very central convenient location of the block. The appartment does not have aircon buy has four ceiling fans which does help to make the sleeping arrange mens bearable. There are two showers and two toilets...very useful for a famity of 5. Martine, the owner, was very kind in placing 3rd single put up bed in the second bedroom to accommodate our three children. Overall this is a good budget option for a few weeks in Nerja. Martinne is an excellent host and was very helpful with little hick-ups during out stay. We would definitely stay here again. The pool was clean but busy (July so to be expected) but the area around the pool was fairly dull due to the high rise blocks of residential apparguments encirciling the pool area....that said it was well cared for and more than adequate for a quick cool down dip!

Very convenient and well equipped apartment. Pleasant balcony which gets the sun in the afternoon right through until sunset. Supermarkets and restaurants within yards, but because of the apartments position between a side road and the garden/pool area, it is quiet.
