New Ibiza-style villa with 270° sea, valley and mountain views. One-floor house with infinity pool. 3 Bedrooms. Large living room with integrated kitchen. 5 Terraces.

Brand new Ibiza-style Villa, independent with great privacy and comfort.

The house has 150 square meters, all-on-one floor with direct access to pool and beautiful relaxing views. From the house, you can enjoy of 270º views to the mountain with plenty of pines, to the valley and the sea. Because the house is on the top of a hill but near the sea, it is quite cool in summer thanks to a nice sea breeze.

The house has 3 spacious bedrooms:

- 1st suite room with king-size bed (180X220cm), ensuite bathrooms with Italian shower, a dressing room with large closets and terrace with views to sea and mountain.

- 2nd suite room. Two beds (90x190 cm), ensuite bathrooms with Italian shower, large closets and direct access to the pool.

- 3rd guest Room. Two beds (90x190 cm) with private terrace.

Absolute privacy in bedrooms, very quiet and cool sea breeze in the summer. Air-conditioning throughout the house.

Moraira

Moraira is small coastal town situated in the beautiful mountainous north-eastern tip of the Costa Blanca. The resort is conveniently placed between the airports of Alicante and Valencia (about 90km from each).

The surrounding region has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, with beautiful and unspoilt scenery and many small villages to explore. 



The town itself has pleasantly grown from a small fishing village to an attractive holiday and retirement resort, retaining its considerable charm that attracts visitors from all over Europe. It’s also particularly popular with Spanish holidaymakers from Madrid and Valencia.

Moraira has an impressive marina, an excellent variety of local shops, markets, harbourside fish restaurants and bars and best of all has still managed to preserve its Spanish character.

Beaches



The two main local sandy beaches, gently shelve away into the Mediterranean Sea; both have been awarded the prestigious EEC Blue Flags for cleanliness and are well-tended and very safe for family bathing.

Leisure & recreation

Tennis, football, squash, all water sports, boat hire and trips, horse-riding, go-kart racing tracks for both adults and children, a small fairground and three good night-clubs for all ages are all available in Moraira.

Golf

Three large golf courses can be enjoyed within a few minutes drive from Moraira.

Eating out

Moraira offers plenty of good quality restaurants, including eight Michelin recommended restaurants in the immediate area, three of which are star rated and not too expensive.

Excursions

Easily reached by car are some larger towns which are well worth visiting: Javea, Calpe, Denia and Altea are all within 15km, while Benidorm is about 30km away. 
There are many places of interest to see on day excursions, apart from the other coastal resorts there is also the spectacular inland and mountainous environments to discover including the wonderful mountain-top fortress of Guadalest, the Vergal Safari Park near Denia, Europe’s largest palm forest at Elche and the ancient city of Murcia.

Valencia (third largest city in Spain) is one and a half hours away and Barcelona (second largest) and the capital Madrid are both four hours away and can all be reached on the excellent motorway.

Spain's answer to Euro Disney – Port Adventura – near Barcelona, is about four and a half hours away.

Markets



If you like open markets then, aside from the weekly Friday market held next to the beach, you could plan a visit evey day of the week to the various markets held in neighbouring towns and villages.

Apart from enjoying the buzzing Spanish activity, you can buy some excellent, cheap fresh fruit and vegetables, local specialities, herbs and spices, leather goods, clothes, rugs, fresh and silk flowers, souvenirs, pottery and a whole variety of other goods. 



Fiestas

As in all of Spain there are numerous fiestas (festivals) held throughout the year in the region; with specific festivals held in April, June, July and November in Moraira itself.

Locals

The local people of Moraira are extremely friendly and patient with foreign visitors, not surprising, as aside from agriculture, they depend on tourism for their livelihood.

With a large European resident community existent, there is a pleasant international feel to the area. Most people are pleased to speak English with you and even more pleased if a small attempt to speak Spanish is made.

Climate


Moraira enjoys a typical Mediterranean climate, with cool sea breezes in summer and protection by surrounding mountains against the cold North winds in winter. The area averages nearly 3,000 hours of sunshine each year and the average temperature easily exceeds 20 degrees.

In 1986 the World Health Organisation recommended the climate of the area as one of the most equitable in the world - neither too hot in the summer nor too cold in the winter. On average it can boast 325 sunny days each year making it an ideal all year-round destination.

Beautiful Villa

Fantastic villa with all the modern conveniences, Beautiful pool and surrounding garden terraces. The views from the roof terrace were particularly lovely in the evenings where we enjoyed the use of the BBQ area. I would most certainly recommend this villa. Hopefully we'll be back next year.

absolutely fantastic

My husband and me, we are 70 years old. We was in the house with our 3 little grandchildren.We was extremely happy. The place, the villa, the sun, the chil out and also the host especially Elena, was extraordinary. Villa is close to the beach, clean, comfortable, with many utensils and high quality. Elena y Rafa helped a lot with every minor issue even not in connection with the villa. The detail of welcome was exquisite. Thank you guys for making our holiday absolutely fantastic.

My Family and me had a lovely stay in an amazing Villa. The website pictures only gives a taste of what this property offers. Comfort, homelike, Space, quiet, freedom of movement, sun/shadow, Privacy and excellent facilities. Rafa and Elena, are excellent hosts and could not have done more for us from organising trips, helping with car hire even, recommend restaurant, places to visit, and also they offered a course paella in barbecue. I would recommend Elena y Rafa there to anyone booking a holiday.
