Beachfront penthouse with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, air conditioning , solarium with beautiful views, situated in gated community with several swimming pools. Wonderful seaviews.

Penthouse on the second floor, consisting of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fully equipped and furnished kitchen, living room with exit towards terrace. From terrace and solarium there are wonderful seaviews. The apartment is provided of air conditioning in bedrooms and living room. Underground parking provided.

It is in a fully enclosed private complex , located front line. The complex has community pool, direct exit towards the sea. The complex is situated in the harbour village Garrucha, in circle of 100m there is supermarket, farmacy, shops, restaurants, ...

In the neighbourhoud there are little fishing villages, Villaricos, Mojacar, with there weekly markets, 4 golf courses, several marinas, go-kart track, water park and at half an hour you get to Carboneras, where the Natural Park Cabo de Gata starts.

It can be reached by road through the Mediterranean motorway, which connects the region with Murcia, Madrid or Barcelona ( north) ; and Seville, Malaga and Cadiz (west). In addition , the town is the starting point of the Vera - Cartagena motorway. By air: Almeria airport is just 50 minutes, Alicante airport at about 200km Murcia airport (San Javier) about 150 km, those allow air links with major European destinations and with Madrid and Barcelona. By Train: Lorca and Almería become the nearest stations and allow travel to Seville, Madrid and Barcelona. The town in the future will host station for the high speed train.
