The property has 136 square meters plus two large terraces with deckchairs (24 meters on the main floor and 15 meters on the top floor where the main suite is located), two double bed rooms, one room with 4 bunkbeds, and a twinbed room (maximum occupancy of 10). There are two full bathrooms, plus a toilet on the ground floor. The bathrooms have bath jacuzzi shower, bidet, toilet and sink. A bathroom is attached to the main suite. The second bathroom is downstairs and services bedrooms 2, 3, and 4. All rooms have large closets. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, full cooking utensils and refrigerator, electric cooker and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, A / C and heater, iron and ironing board and drying rack. One parking lot. Additional cars can be parked on the street next to the property. The dining table has the following measures: height: 84 - length: 180 cm - maximum length with extensions: 220 cm - width: 84 cm. 8 people (10 with difficulty). There is an extra foldable table that can accommodate 2-4 and can be used to extend the dining table. There are four air conditioning units: two in the lower floor, one in the main floor, and one in the upper floor.

We spent 11 days at Abel and Motys townhouse which provided the perfect accommodation for our family . The property is well equiped with everything needed for an extended stay like ours. Views from the balconies are outstanding and the shared pool is large and well maintained. While the propery provides easy access to Benidorm/Altea/Calpe the location is peaceful and relaxing. A supermarket is within a few minutes drive and the small local Mascarat beach is excellent for swimming and has a beach bar and restaurant.

My family spent an excellent holiday in Altea. The townhouse is large, well-equipped and clean. It has a superb balcony overlooking the sea, the pictures actually don't do the sea views justice. Ten people could stay here very comfortably. The owner was great in his communication and support. Fully recommendable and an experience that we would definitely repeat.

Stunning vistas surround this end unit holiday home. Sheer rocky spires rise sharply to the north, while off the patio the steep hillside drops down to spectacular vistas of the blue Mediterranean from east thru west with boats carving white wakes in the water, activity at the fish farm, and ships heading out to sea. The patio was the perfect place for taking in the views, as well as leisurely dining with family around the large table and watching the kids frolic in the shared pool, just steps away. the condo was perfect for us with the communal areas - living, dining, 1/2 bath, patio and galley kitchen on the entry level, master bed and bath on upper, and 2 double bedrooms, 4 bunk room and full bath on lower level. It was very new, comfortable, nicely decorated, kitchen well-equipped, and all immaculately clean. When we visited in late June the area was quiet and cool. We drove the three minutes to the local beach, with a casual restaurant, the Altea Harbor Club, right on the beach, and a fine paella restaurant at the east end. The marina had upscale nightlife that our kids enjoyed. We drove to three neighboring beaches, and enjoyed the sights and cuisine in old Althea. Definitely recommend this lovely new holiday home.

The house it very well kept, clean and is occupied with. all one needs for vacation. It is a great place to spend a relaxing week, close to both the beach and the ountains, with a perfect view of both mountaibn and sea. It is a very quiet place, with just a walking distance (5 minutes by car) from the happy-noiser places on the beach. A perfect mix for a fun and relaxing holiday. We recommended this place to our children (ages 35-42) to spend there a week with their kids, as well as to our friends to stay there and discover the beauty of the aria.
