Sixteenth century catalan country house, entirely rebuilt in stone, old and recycled materials in order to shape it as faithful to the local rural architecture, without forgetting the technological needs of today.
Located 2.5 km. from Llagostera, 5 km. from the train station of Caldes de Malavella and 20 km. from Girona airport or its AVE station provides an excellent connection to the local, national or international public.
Our privileged location puts us 15 minutes drive from the beaches, leisure and shopping of the Costa Brava, 10 minutes from one of the best golf courses in Spain (the PGA Catalunya) and 20 minutes from Girona and its gastronomic culture.
80 hectares of land endow Can Gascons of large natural areas where hiking, mountain bike or fishing in either of its two private lakes.
The green fields that surround the "Masía" are pure extensions of its gardens where a large outdoor pool and a paddle tennis court are. Annexes the guest can find the Corrals of range chickens, ducks and geese, which provide all the eggs that the you want and need for your stay. The 650 m2 vegetable garden planted by season offers an assortment of fresh products from the garden to the plate, get from it all you please without any extra charge.
Inside the house are 7 bedrooms, all with private bathroom and equipped with central heating and ceiling fan, a fully equipped kitchen, two large dining rooms, a two floors library and several lounges where you can sit and read near the fireplace, satellite TV, wi-fi zone, billiard and foosball. Two outdoor porches with Argentina bbq and grill, chill-outs and tables where you can make breakfast, lunch or dinner in summer both of them oriented west where you can enjoy enviably sunsets.
