Very nice and well equipped but needed aircon unit in the bedrooms as too warm even with the large fans itvdid have 1 in the lounge but we were nervous of the costs as we had no idea at 30 cents per kilowatt different readings on the metre didn't need the hassle need to be included in the price although the owner did kindly not charge us as she said it wasn't much ??? Confusing though?

Thank you for the review! This year it has been a very warm and long summer. There are (sealing)fans in the salon, the bedroom and the veranda, they are included in the price. As electricity is rather expensive in Spain the airco is not included in the price. To avoid unnecessary use (forgetting to turn off the air conditioning when leaving the apartment, or leaving all the windows open during the use) and thinking about our environment we found out that it would be better to charge the use.
