THE PENTHOUSE FACILITY: The apartment is located in a quiet residential part of Nerja, just a 5 minute walk to the main town square and restaurant district. Front terrace equipped with table & chairs. Roof deck furnished with laundry drying area, sun loungers, BBQ and dining table for dining under the stars. A large supply of kids and adult books, as well as some CD's and DVD movies available for your enjoyment. Extra amenities for children include some games, toys, books, high chair. Kitchen fully equipped, fitted with kettle, coffeemaker, blender, toaster. Iron/ironing board. Lush plants throughout the interior. Sea facing rooms are wall to wall glass. The refurbished shared pool is open year round, and the surrounding communal gardens sit on a cliff directly overlooking the beach and the Mediterranean. Communal sunbeds are available for general use beside the pool. No lift. Elderly clients must be able to use stair access (40 steps). And please bring your own beach towels. (Towels provided are for indoor use only.) A private garage is available for parking upon request.

I feel lucky to have found this beautiful pent house apartment. The accommodation is top quality and the price very reasonable. We loved it! We had breakfast on the patio every morning and enjoyed unbelievable views. I felt relaxed and on holiday every time I looked out. The owners were very friendly and attentive to our needs. They genuinely wanted us to enjoy our time here.

We had a lovely holiday,returning to Nerja for our 20th visit .The apartment was in a beautiful situation,overlooking the sea and burriana beach.the apartment was reached by 40 steps,which was a bit of a challenge with luggage,but the views made up for this.the apartment was very well equipped with plenty of crockery,glassware etc.the air conditioning was a great bonus,especially in the bedrooms.we could not have asked for a more spacious apartment.the lounges and terrace were fabulous.unfortunately it was too hot to make use of the lovely roof terrace,except to use the grandson loved the lego.we thought there was no english t.v programmes until i inadvertently found the instructions the day before our departure.the pool area was lovely and used everyday sometimes most of the day.all in all a lovely holiday

We spent 2 wonderful weeks in Tim & Nora Penthouse Apartment. On arrival we were greeted with brilliant views over the Mediterranean Sea, views to die for every morning eating breakfast. The apartment is very well equipped with everything anyone would want during a holiday. Restaurants and shops within a stroll away, so no necessity for a car. We hired a car to travel from Malaga Airport to Nerja and found parking very easy in the Large public car park two minutes away from the apartment. Burriana beach is a ten minute walk away down a bit of an incline, but well worth it. Its easier by car but its a bit of a risk as to whether or not you would get a parking spot as there is quite a bit of building work on the back road around the beach front. We found mornings easiest for parking. All in all a fantastic holiday in a wonderful apartment, we hope to return in the not too distant future.

We were 2 workaholic couples on vacation for a week. The minute we stepped out on to that amazing balcony, our stress levels dropped. And that's how our entire week passed. Bliss and comfort and zero hassles. We could do as much or as little as we wished; great cultural sites are 1-2 hour drives away; the beach is close at hand, as are a variety of restaurants and because the apartment is just slightly outside the busiest area, it's always quiet and feels like a proper neighbourhood. The facilities are first rate, and well maintained, with comfortable beds, immaculate bathrooms and a really useful kitchen. Because of the spacious indoor setup, each couple had loads of personal space. This spot is ideal for families, friends and couples. We are already telling our friends to hurry up and book.
