This magnificent villa located in Sils, South Costa Brava, can accommodate up to 40 people thanks to its 15 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms among which 9 are en suite. The golden beaches of Costa Brava are only 15 min away and the famous city of Barcelona is a 45 min drive. Mas Sant Jordi will give you the opportunity to gather with your entire family or bunch of friends and spend an amazing holiday together in the Costa Brava.
This Villa for large groups is settled in a private and enclosed estate of 10,000m2 which is surrounded by cultivated fields and forests also belonging to the property (about 20 hectares).
The villa has been entirely renovated and decorated by the owners of the group Masies Serra Magra who are specialized in holiday rentals in the Costa Brava. You will enjoy a traditional Catalan house (masia) with the typical huge vault and exposed beams in every room. The stone-built walls of the house will keep a cool atmosphere in summer and a cozy one in winter.
The main house, with a living area of 880m2, is divided into 2 floors. On the ground floor, you will find 4 bedrooms (2 come with an en suite bathroom), 3 separate bathrooms, 1 amazing vaulted dining room for up to 40 people, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 1 comfortable sitting room with typically exposed beams and 1 playroom for kids with many toys and books. On the first floor, there are 9 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms (7 are en suite), as well as a second cozy sitting room.
Villa Mas Sant Jordi has a big private pool of 8x14m (one side of the pool is suitable for kids) within a bathing area of 312m2, perfect to chill out during the hot days and refines your tan on the sun loungers while enjoying the breathtaking view of the Catalan landscape. Close to the bathing area, there is a big conservatory overlooking the amazing farmland and forests, perfect for a breakfast looking at the sunrise.
The big lawn level area between the main house and the green hill bordering the enclosed grounds is ideal for some exciting football – or volleyball matches amid youngsters or adults!
