A really great house with fenced pool. Absolutely recommendable. If I should mention thinks that culd be better i woiuld like to say the it would been have great if we knew that the house is located only 50 meters from a road and the attached noise. Second we experience that gardeners and pool staff arrived directly to the recreational area behind the house without any notice. they should have used the doorbell ! Finally it would be beneficial for future renters that the coffee machine was replaced But again - a great house and great holiday

Dear Lars, thank you very much for your comment. It's great to hear that you could enjoy your holiday. We will inform the owner that the coffemachine needs a replacement. Usually the gardener is coming in the early morning or in the evening to take care of the pool and plants on the proeprty. Of course our guests can always contact us, if they prefer that they only come with a apointment. We will proof the showed aprox.location on this website, as usually it is and should show the central location of the holiday house. We had difficulty finding the villa as we arrived in the dark! The turning is very close to the roundabout so keep a look out for the trees on your left! Having found the villa we were not disappointed with the accommodation, there is a lot of space and for our group (6 adults and 1 3 year old) it worked very well. The outside space is great and safe as the pool is gated. The kitchen and bathrooms are a bit dated but the whole house was very clean. The fans could do with replacing and be aware that the villa is situated in fields and you will need plenty of insect repellent. The up stairs front bedroom was affected by road noise so bring ear plugs! The other bedroom were quiet. The only other negative is that all the written information is in German! However, the owners were helpful. The villa is in a great location as we could make a lot of noise in the pool and not disturb anyone other than the horses!! There are supermarkets in a five minute drive and the town is 10 minutes away. We enjoyed our stay.
