This stylish beach house is situated in the highly fashionable area of Portixol and is exquisitely furnished and decorated, set over 3 floors with its own private roof terrace.

The house is beautifully furnished and equipped to a very high standard and is set over three levels. To the front of the house there are large picture glass windows that provide breath taking views of the Bay of Palma, the beach and promenade.

This comfortable family home has four bedrooms and can sleep up to 9 guests. The house benefits from reverse action air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas and it also has hi speed wifi throughout. All floors have Sonos music systems. There is a lift that provides access to all floors of the house.

On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge and TV room, separate cloak room, two twin single bedrooms, a shower room and a utility room. There is also an integral private garage with parking for 2 cars that can be accessed from the road via an electric door system.

On the second floor there is a large open plan kitchen and lounge area, a twin single bedroom and the master bedroom.

The master bedroom has a super king sized bed, a jacuzzi bath and a glass fronted shower area. It also has a separate en suite containing a toilet and bidet.

The kitchen is furnished with high quality Miele appliances that include a coffee maker, two dishwashers and fridges. Both lounge areas have wall mounted TV’s with integrated internet and Apple TV.

The secluded roof terrace is on the third floor and has a jacuzzi, sunbathing and dining area.

The local area of El Molinar and Portixol are really charming and bustling with life. The seafront promenade and cycle lane are always busy with walkers, skate boarders and cyclists. There are lovely views from the house across the bay of Palma and it is possible to 'while' away the hours just watching the sailing races, paddle boarders and canoeists that pass by.

Portixol is a small former fishing village that has benefited from significant investment and improvements over the years. Many of its sea front properties and old fisherman cottages have been renovated to become fashionable and comfortable homes and are consequently highly sought after.

The house is one of the original sea front properties and has been completely renovated to a very high standard to become an exceptional family home.

Within walking distance of the house there are a number of beaches to choose from; there is a smaller sheltered beach in the bay and a much larger neighbouring ‘Playa de Palma’ beach. ‘Can Pere Antoni’ can be found on the other side of the harbour and is a larger beach where you can find the renowned ‘Nassau Beach Club’. Further on to the east ‘Cuitat Jardi’ has a much longer stretch of sand.

Portixol is more renowned for eating-out than shopping and there are some amazing fish restaurants and cafe's to choose from, but the city of Palma is so close that you have everything you need within a good walk or short taxi ride.

There are several large supermarkets approximately 10 minutes drive from the house.

All our holiday villas are available to rent throughout the year and we welcome any guests who are considering taking a relaxing break out of season combined with the leisure activities they love including golfing, tennis, walking, cycling and water sports.

Our team includes our own in-house golf representative here in Mallorca who can organise bespoke golf holidays for our villa guests that includes advice and guidance on the best courses, chauffeured transportation to and from courses and discounted green fees.

Notes

We provide our guests with a Welcome Pack for when they first arrive. This includes all the necessary basics that you may need including biscuits, water, milk, tea and coffee, fruit etc. If there are any additional items that you may need please just let us know and we will be pleased to arrange this.

The rates include fresh linen and towels and these are normally changed every 7 days. An additional maid service can be provided on request and will be charged at local rates.

An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is due when making the booking to secure your reservation. The balance of the remaining 50% of the rental amount, plus the €1,000 refundable security deposit is required 60 days prior to check-in.

We offer a secure on-line credit card payment facility for our guests. If you prefer we are also accept payment by bank transfer.
