This beautiful family villa is situated in the exclusive and quiet residential area of Son Font and has spectacular sea views across open countryside to the bay of Santa Ponsa.

The villa is a luxurious and spacious home ideal for a relaxing family holiday. It is furnished to a very high standard and is fully equipped with all modern amenities. It is located in the exclusive community of Son Font that is set within the Tramuntana National Park, a Unesco World Heritage Site. From the rear balconies there are breath taking views across open countryside to the sea beyond.

The ground floor is large and open plan and is divided into a stylishly furnished lounge area with a lovely log burning fire, separate dining and breakfast areas and a fully equipped kitchen with a modern touch-control ceramic hob, double oven and microwave, dishwasher and two fridge freezers. There is also a separate cloakroom and utility Room.

This lovely home can comfortably accommodate 8 guests and there are additional travel cots if needed. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The stunning Master Bedroom has its own separate en suite that has a fabulous sunken bath. There is also a self contained Casita that has a lovely four poster bed, its own separate en suite and a lounge and kitchenette area. All 4 bedrooms have beautiful views across the valley from their balconies.

The stunning swimming pool terrace has a large heated swimming pool, comfortable sun loungers with cushions, a glass topped table with seating for 8 people and sun parasols. Nearby there is a separate BBQ area with a gas BBQ and coal burning grill.

The villa is central heated and has reverse action air conditioning in all bedrooms, it also has wifi throughout. There are 3 televisions that all have Freesat channels in English.

The property is completely enclosed within a secure walled area and it has two entrance gates one pedestrian leading to the front door and the other leading to a large sweeping private driveway with room for several cars. The gardens and terraces are attractively landscaped on different levels and are planted naturally with cacti, olive and citrus trees.

The villa is in a perfect location for those wishing to explore as it is within easy reach of many of the islands major resorts. These include the beaches of Santa Ponsa and Palma Nova, the stylish super yacht marina of Portals Nous and the stunning capital city of Palma. All of which can be reached within a 10-20 minute drive of the villa.

In the nearby village of Calvia there are a selection of café’s and restaurants to choose from. The popular restaurant of ‘Meson Ca’n Torrat’ is in the village and is famed for it’s a superb traditional mallorcan meat dishes. The renowned restaurant ‘Bar Nou’ can also be found in the nearby village of Es Capdella and is really popular with international visitors for its relaxed atmosphere and great seafood. There are two small supermarket’s in the village that stock most of the basic items needed and have freshly baked bread every day.

There is also a weekly market that is held every Monday in the centre of the village that sells a wide selection of fresh fruit and vegetables and other locally produced goods such as embroidered linen, clothing and leather items.

All our holiday villas are available to rent throughout the year and we welcome any guests who are considering taking a relaxing break out of season combined with the leisure activities they love including golfing, tennis, walking, cycling and water sports.

Our team includes our own in-house golf representative here in Mallorca who can organise bespoke golf holidays for our villa guests that includes advice and guidance on the best courses, chauffeured transportation to and from courses and discounted green fees.

We provide our guests with a Welcome Pack for when they first arrive. This includes all the necessary basics that you may need including biscuits, water, milk, tea and coffee, fruit etc. If there are any additional items that you may need please just let us know and we will be pleased to arrange this.

The rates include fresh linen and towels and these are normally changed every 7 days. An additional maid service can be provided on request and will be charged at local rates.
