We knew the location - near some of the best restaurants and bars on La Marina urbanisation - and only 10 minutes from the fantastic blue flag 5 mile beach

The owner asked for 100 euros on arrival as I said I had three dogs I assumed this was an extra deposit as I was not told about any charge for dogs on departure I asked for it back and was told this was a charge for the dogs which when I booked it said pets were free.The only down side apart from that is that the bins are directly outside the property and people dump rubbish at all hours.

I did state in our original correspondence that there was a surcharge for bringing the dogs, I apologise that you didn’t understand this clearly. Your damages deposit was fully returned even though by your own admission you’d broken a couple of items which I think clearly shows that I’m not an unfair or unreasonable person. I’m glad that you enjoyed your stay and that you liked the villa and I once again apologise that you misunderstood the surcharge for the 3 dogs.

What a fabulous stay!! The villa was beautiful with everything you could possibly need at your finger tips. The posh pool complex is a short walk away with a choice of pools and bar/food. There are plenty of ex pats who are happy to taxi you around at a reasonable price, there's a guy called Billy always at posh pool he acted as our driver for most the week, really cheap/ friendly and accommodating. The best beach we found was the local beach at la marina, sandy beach and really accessible. Liz had made sure we were welcomed to the villa with all we needed including lunch, Inc wine /coffee /tea and whatever you've forgotten to take you'll find it there! Great little find, very very quiet especially in the evening perfect peace and quiet but within 10/ 15 mins of beaches and 30 mins from alicanti which is fabulous! !! We'll definately be back ☺

the holiday was great the villa very very good , for us its was all we wanted home from home , Liz the owner very good you couldn't ask for better the hole experience was just magic , will be returning . We didn't have a car next time I think I would hire car , didn't stop us from getting about, thank you Liz for every thing john Maggie Pete.
