We was welcomed by a lovely lady called Carmen who showed us around the property which all looked homely as described. Included in the price was cleaning and beds made up etc, but once settled in we found the beds weren't made up under the bed spread - not a big issue but we later found out when leaving for home that only they only use 1 set of sheets and towels as they are washed and part dried within the changeover time! The property is described as having ‘air con’. It does have 1 unit outside the bedrooms BUT this is way, way insufficient for the size of the property. We asked for it to be checked and Carmen kindly arranged for a air con tradesman to look at the unit. It was working correctly but he said it was about 18 years old and no where near sufficient for the size of the area. He also said that there should be a unit in each bedroom. In fairness there are fans in each bedroom but all they did was circulate warm air around the room. In the height of summer the air con is by no way sufficient for the area, so don't be fooled by the description of this. The kids loved the pool area which was very clean and well kept. Javier (the owner) and Carmen were very good with communication to us. We would highly recommend this property but not in the height of summer with so little air con.

Mat, thanks for taking the time to make your valuation and comments. You can see that considering all the properties I manage, I have received more than 200 reviews, and in all of them I thank any suggestion because my target is that guests have the best holidays of their lifes in our properties. Nevertheless, this time let me disagree with some of your comments and specially with your accusations. It is really unfair of you to say that: a) “Included in the price was … beds made up” when it is not mentioned in the ad. b) even when you were staying only one week, in the cupboards of every bedroom you had a second set of bed sheets, and beach towels. c) “The property is described as having aircon” when in the ad is mentioned exactly as follows: “Both in the living room on ground floor and in the bedroom on the first floor, there is an air conditioner”. Where is mentioned aircon in the bedrooms on ground floor? d) “tradesman … said that aircon was about 18 years old” when the house was bought new in 2004 and had NOT aircon at that time. e) that in the voice of technician you recommend us aircon in all the bedrooms… Mat, sorry to be so frank but I think you should recommend nothing after this list of falsenesses.

Notre séjour s est déroulé sans encombre .la maison correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes .les literies sont de bonne qualité .le matériel est en bonne état de marche ( si je veux être pointilleuse les paniers du lave vaisselle pourrait être changés et la paroie de douche vérifiée ) mais cela n a en rien altéré notre séjour. Le lieu est calme peut être plus animée à un autre moment là nous n avions personne autour .Et en même temps toutes les commodités autour .les ados ont bien-sûr adore l immense centre commercial .Pour la plage nous sommes souvent allées à la playa cerrada à moins de 4 km . Beaucoup de resto pour tous les goûts et toutes les bourses.

We arrived really late in the night and it was no problem. The house was really nice and worked well for a family with 2 small kids. The few times we needed assistance from the house owner the response was really quick. The house was in a very quiet and safe area. The only thing was that the kids were not allowed to bring inflatable toys into the pool. Besides that they loved the pool. The house is well equipped with kitchen tool. We would definitely recommend the house.
