The rent must be minimum for one week and it is from Saturday to Saturday. It is possible to leave some day before but not some day later.
The payment of the reservation is 30% by bank transfer, after signing the rental contract, and the rest must be paid in cash on the day of arrival.
The rental price includes everything except the sheets and towels that you can bring or rent (optional) and tourist fees of 6.3€ per person over 16 years.

Villa estupenda con todo lo necesario y muy confortable. La piscina - muy limpia- es ideal para adultos y peques y el césped artificial muy practico y genial jugar o hacer yoga sin suciedad ni insectos. Raul fue muy atento y no tuvimos ningún problema durante la estancia. Volveremos!

Superb villa, lovely pool, great location away from the hustle and bustle but close to cities like Tarragona and Salou if you feel like a day trip. The villa is equipped with pretty much everything you need and Raul looked after us well without being at all intrusive. Thoroughly recommended!

Wir haben noch nie ein so sauberes Pool erlebt! Raul (der Besitzer) war sehr entgegenkommend und war jederzeit erreichbar! Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, wirklich nur wenige Gehminuten vom schönen Strand entfernt!!!

we were 8 people with 3 kids between 16 and 18. it was a really nice house with everything we needed. the garden was perfect with the porch and the small barbecue house, the pool was big enough and very nice. so we were the most time at our pool and making some fish barbecue in the evening. the owner was always contactable and cleaned the pool early in the morning when we sleeping. the sea and a beach are only a few minutes to walk. the holiday was very nice.
