There is a great view of La Concha - the mountain which overlooks Marbella- from the outdoor dining area. On summers nights one can often see firework displays from the beach parties in Puerto Banus. The celebrity restaurant La Sala is just 200 metres from the villa
but there are many other fine restaurants within short walking distance.

Wow! What a find this villa was. It’s in an excellent location, quiet but only a 15/20 min walk to the marina. There is a supermarket about 10/15 min walk up the hill past Mr Noodles. The pool is a good size and the villa was spacious. Gerard the host was fantastic. He helped recommend an airport transfer company. (It’s about 40 mins from the airport). Would definitely recommend this villa to others.

I couldn’t rate this villa any higher. From the amazing location, near 3 of the best restaurants in Banus (La Sala, Oak, and Breathe) to the excellently appointed villa itself. Our group all said that they’d be back and Tres Palmeras would be our first choice.

Beautiful villa set in the heart of Puerto Banus...the pool was an instant hit with our children and we found the villa to have all the nessassery fascilities. Gerard and his housekeepers were helpful and easy to deal with. We loved our stay and we are planning our next one as we speak.

We really enjoyed our week. The villa is excellent in all respects - location, condition, space (inside and out) and other facilities Very helpful owner who ensured we had everything we needed for our one year old granddaughter
