When entering the apartment the view will take your breath away.
The living is bright and has a dining table for 6 and a lounge area. Through big sliding doors you enter the partly covered terrace of 40 m2 and little garden with most amazing views to the Mediterranean Sea. The terrace area has a dining table for 6 (+ 2 to add) and 4 sunbeds and a lounge seating. The large kitchen is fully-equipped and has all you need to prepare a nice meal.
The 3 + 1 bedrooms are as follows: (Prices are based on 6 persons and extra charge of Euro 200 for bunkbedroom is charged)

Two of the bedrooms are facing the beach and have direct access to the terrace. The other bedrooms are facing north.
A gated communal parking is provided.
There are 2 communal pools and 2 infant pools. The main community pool is heated during winter time.
The qualities used inside the apartment include crème marble flooring, under floor heating in the bathrooms and a central unit air conditioning for hot and cold air.
A wonderful location and great beach area & marvellous restaurant complement this ground floor apartment to 100% holiday success summer or winter.
Within easy driving distance to the most modern hospital on the coast and no more than 45 minutes drive to Gibraltar or Malaga airport. A 5 Minute drive to shopping centre La Canada and super store Al Campo

Baby cot & high chair:
We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. Price per day for cot and high chair is Euro 6 including bed sheets. Ask the office.
Change bed sheets & towels:
If you require delivery of clean bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 12 p. person at a minimum of 4 persons.

Both Marbella & Puerto Banus offer everything in the way of bars, restaurants and night clubs and are all only a few minutes’ drive away.
Puerto Banus, playground for the rich and famous, is where you will see the beautiful yachts, the world’s most luxurious cars and fabulous designer boutiques. You can enjoy international cuisine and relax in one of the several fashionable bars, it is where you can find the most exclusive shops and restaurants on the costa del sol, cinemas and shopping centres like El Corte Ingles or Marina Banus.
Just a short walk from the marina is Centro Plaza where you can find shops, restaurants, banks and supermarket. The Marbella Casino is also a short distance by car.
Marbella Old Town is full of history and charm and is part of the city that must not be missed. Another must see is the famous Orange Square.
Rio Real Golf 18 located next door and has good reviews. Further golf courses like Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, Aloha and several others are within few minutes driving.
Puerto Banus: This is located just 10 minutes from the center of Marbella, 5 minutes from the town of San Pedro de Alcantara, and 15 minutes from Estepona. Its famous port with luxury yachts, open air bars and restaurants attracts visitors from all over the world. During the day, it is a shopper’s paradise with many high end designer shops, boutiques and an El Corte Ingles department store. In the evening, the bars, clubs and restaurants can entertain you throughout the night. There is a multi-screen cinema, with broadcasting of a films in English, regular local boat trips and the popular Saturday market held near the bullring.
Travel and Arrival at Apartment: From all major airports in Europe, you can fly to Malaga. You can hire a car, see for details our website, take a taxi or catch a bus. A Google map link for driving instructions from Malaga airport to our office in either El Rosario or Nueva Andalucia for collection of your holiday home keys is stated on the confirmation.

Sierra Nevada is a 2 hour drive from Marbella. You can easy drive back and forth on one day.
Sierra Nevada will close down it ski activities by the end of April.
