Notes
BEDROOMS
Large master bedroom with king size bed, walk in wardrobe area and ensuite bathroom, with walk in shower, sink and toilet. The bedroom has both ceiling fan and hot/cold air conditioning, and heating in the bathroom. There is space to erect a cot if required.
The second bedroom has two single beds, bedside drawers and wardrobe, fitted with both ceiling fan and hot/cold air conditioning.
The third bedroom can be arranged with either 2 or 3 single beds as required, 2 bedside cabinets and a wardrobe. It is fitted with hot/cold air conditioning and a desk fan.
POOL SIDE
The balcony has both a covered area for shade with whicker table and 2 chairs, as well as a sunny area with wooden lounging furniture. Both balconies overlook the pool and terrace area which has table and chairs and 6 sun loungers for your relaxation. There is also a BBQ for your use. The stairs to the solarium lead from the balcony and a child safety gate is available if needed. The balcony can also be gated, if you wish access to the pool to be restricted.

PARKING
There is private parking at the side of the villa.
OUT AND ABOUT
The local spanish village boasts many bars and restaurants catering for all tastes. The village municipal pool, which is set amongst the pine trees in the local nature park, with an adjoining restaurant, makes a perfect day out. The park gives the village a lovely picturesque setting. Beaches are only a 10 minute drive and being set on the Mar Menor (Little Sea) you could chose a different beach every day, where the water is both warm and calm.
Golf lovers are spoilt for choice with numerous couses only 20 minutes away, the nearest course "Lo Romero" is only 8kms.

Stunning location and wonderful villa. A strange time given Corona Virus outbreak but the villa and location at Campo Verde matched all expectations, relaxing, enchanting, great location. Although only visited briefly the area around Campo Verde provides excellent walking experience especially down the Rio Seco valley. Simon & Ky looked after us well so we’ll be back.

Simon and kay are very nice people the villa was beautiful and well equipped .it would be a little better if the pool was slightly heated as the children were very cold . Overall very pleasant holiday Thank you both

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The villa has everything you could possibly want, it is spotless and was perfect for us. We had the most amazing holiday and simon was very helpful. I would reccomend this property to anyone. Many thanks for a fantastic holiday.

From the moment I booked the whole transaction was perfect! Kay always replied to any questions I had and even advised on perhaps needing some food, as we arrived on Sunday. This was arranged without any problems. Simon met us at the property and showed us around and we're everything was. They also provided a great information folder with maps and things to do. The house itself is just what we wanted. Beautiful inside and out, spotlessly clean! Comfy beds and sofas, although we spent most of the day outside on one of the many terraces, soaking in the gorgeous sunny weather. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need! Even a cool box for picnics! They even have a sun shade for the car should you need it. And un umbrella if you're unlucky to encounter a spot of rain. The pool is just beautiful and well maintained. The location is ideal if you want peace and quiet, but with everything within a short drive. Safe and secure parking, plus child safety gates around the house if you've young ones. Honestly cannot fault this place and we've already booked to go back again. Thank you again Kay and Simon, we had a truly amazing holiday and love your wee nest!
