Incredible and majestic country house in Titulcia, a wonderful village in the southeast of Madrid, 33km from the capital with a rich history and where the Jarama and Tajuña rivers meet. Titulcia is 10km from Madrid's Warner Park, 16km from Chinchón and 22km from Aranjuez -all of them great attractions of the region. It is a totally independent house within a finca where there is another house. Both houses have their own well fenced and delimited grounds, sharing only the passage that separates them and leads to the communal parking. The house in question has, as soon as you enter, a summer living-dining room, ideal to enjoy the days during the spring weather and the evenings during the summer weather.
